Processing time: 3-5 daysDelivery time: Usually 1-2 weeks, depending on the destination country.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your parcel every step of the way.

If your package or products arrive damaged, please contact us within 5 days with photos of both the damaged package and the affected items. You can reach us through the contact form or by emailing us at [email protected].
Once we receive the photos and confirm the issue, we will send you a replacement and arrange for the return of the damaged goods.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes.

Since all of our pieces are made to order, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed and is already in production.

To keep your paper flowers looking fresh, gently blow them with a hair dryer on the cold air setting from time to time. Avoid using hot air, as it may damage the flowers.
